General Return Policy

We take great care in curating the products we bring to you as well as examining each piece as they arrive at our HQ. It is our joy to bring new and unique gifts into your home and the homes of the ones you love. If for some reason, you find that the product is not what you expected, we understand. We request that you return your product within 14 days of purchase in its unused condition and original packaging. Once the product is received and examined, we will issue you a full refund, or exchange. Please note that the shipping price is excluded. The only products exempt from returns or exchanges are ceramics, perishable goods, and personal skincare.

Disclosure - Due to the handmade nature of our ceramic goods, there may be slight imperfections, pattern or color variations from one product to the next. These unique differences should not be considered flaws, but an essential part of your hand-crafted item. Please note that colors may also vary slightly from those seen on your screen.

All discounted sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Only regular priced items may be refunded.


To request a return, send an email to with your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange. You must contact us before shipping the product.

If you arrange your own return shipping, we highly recommend getting tracking on your return. Mail can easily go missing or be misplaced- we only guarantee a refund on missing packages that have tracking information marked as delivered.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/ exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
