ORDERS + SHIPPING 

How long does it take to process my order?

  • All order are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) unless otherwise noted on our website.

When can I expect to receive my order?

  • Once your order has been processed, your package will be shipped out from our Los Angeles HQ with the shipping speed you selected at checkout. Please see the below guide for shipping times:
  • Economy - 5-8 business days
  • Express: 1-2 business days
  • Please double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped. Please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update. 

Con Alma is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please contact your chosen shipping service provider if you experience any of these issues. 

*PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19 USPS IS EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN THEIR DELIVERY TIMES AND CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ABOVE SHIPPING TIMES. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS WHEN CHOOSING YOUR SHIPPING SPEED.

On occasion we offer sales and promotions. All products purchased at a discount are final sale and non-refundable. Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments. Sale and promotion pricing is not valid on previous purchases.
